Please check the size and shape of your original battery before placing an order. There are many different types of battery cases with the same model number, so it's important to check the dimensions, not just the model number.

Refer to the dimension images provided in the listing to ensure compatibility. This battery is not universal fit, a wrong sized battery may not fit your hoverboard.

We recommend using a charger certified and Hoverboard UL2272 certified. 

All batteries are tested before shipping. If your charger light stays green, most likely is charging port issue.  Please contact us for assistance.
